Fees:
$ 400 per swimmer
$ 260 High School or Half Season (Nov. 21st or after)
$60.00 ISI Card (new swimmers only)
* Fees include USA swom card all practices, coaching at meets, t-shirt and end of season award.
* Fees do not include meet feesd (2 meet sessions required)
* Payments can be made in 4 installments this year (each payment due on the first day of the month)
* Registration forms and payment should be submitted to Deanna Shivley, VP Membership, no
later than Sept. 1, 2011.
* We ask that forms be turned in as soon as possible so that an accurate roster can be compiled
before the season begins.
